Sales of all eBooks are final; no returns can be accepted. To gain a full understanding of the eBook you're considering, we encourage you to carefully read the product description prior to your purchase. In addition, you may call Customer Care at 800-252-1578, ext. 2, if you have questions about an eBook or if you need technical assistance with your eBook order. The printing of eBooks is not allowed.

Live Webcasts

If you're unable to participate in a live webcast, you may cancel up to one week prior to the webcast date and receive a full refund. If you cancel within one week of the webcast date, you'll receive your choice of a CD recording or on-demand viewing of the webcast. Please be aware that, due to ongoing payer and regulatory changes, access to an on-demand webcast expires one year after the live webcast date. In addition, any webcast CEUs are invalid after one year.

CD & On-Demand Webcasts

All on-demand webcast sales are final once a link to the webcast is sent to you. Webcasts purchased on CD may be returned for a refund (minus any shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase, as long as the CDs are in their original condition and packaging. CDs returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund. If a CD is defective, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
